Pilots
EASA Class 1
- Identity card
- Last medical certificate
- Vaccination card
- If glasses and/or contact lenses are worn, current glasses and most recent eyeglass prescription/passport.
- If you wear contact lenses, please come with glasses and bring the contact lenses with you, the eye test will be done with glasses first, then with contact lenses.
- If you need glasses for the first time, please bring an eye exam report. You can find the form for this under the following link: www.lab.de, it must be filled out completely! This also applies if the type of glasses is changed, e.g. from distance glasses to varifocals.
- All relevant findings, if you have a condition

EASA Class 2
Please bring to the examination:
- Identity card
- Last medical certificate
- For the initial examination always an ophthalmological examination report . The form for this can be found at the following link: www.lab.de,
it must be filled in completely! This also applies if you need glasses for the first time or if you change the type of glasses, e.g. from distance glasses to varifocals. - If glasses and/or contact lenses are worn, current glasses and most recent eyeglass prescription/passport.
- If you wear contact lenses, please come with glasses and bring the contact lenses with you, the eye test will be done with glasses first, then with contact lenses.
- All relevant findings, if you have a condition

Please bring to the examination:

- Last medical certificate
- We also perform the eye test at the initial examination
- If glasses and/or contact lenses are worn, current glasses and most recent eyeglass prescription/passport.
- If you wear contact lenses, please come with glasses and bring the contact lenses with you, the eye test will be done with glasses first, then with contact lenses.
